We hope you will enjoy "online user manual and help desk support service." We believe that the addition of this service will allow our valued clients more time to review the administrative functionality of their websites on their own time and at their leisure. We encourage all of our clients to take advantage of this new service as it will allow for more self-sufficiency when dealing with their own website.

Any tasks that you have difficulty with or if you choose to avail yourself of our services, can be easily managed through the purchase of our standard, four, eight, or twelve hour webmaster packages. These can be purchased at anytime. Time purchased is carefully monitored through project time management software. Only "actual time" spent in either tech support, content management, or telephone consulting with a member of the EQUAT team will be deducted from banked time. For example, if a seven minute call is made to a member of our team regarding your website, only seven minutes are deducted from the time purchased.
